Police: Three Anne Arundel robberies over holiday


This morning, Monday Novemebr 29, at approximately 2:30 a.m. Anne Arundel County Police officers responded for a robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 4000 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park.


One unknown male suspect jumped over the counter, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash from the register. A second male suspect removed merchandise from the shelves while a third suspect stood by near a customer.


The suspects, reported as three black males wearing dark clothing, then fled. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

Glen Burnie


This past Saturday, November 27, 2021, at approximately 7:40 p.m. Anne Arundel County Police officers responded to the Walgreens located at 6700 Ritchie Highway for a report of a robbery.


An unknown white male suspect entered the store, implied he had a handgun, and demanded cash from the employees. The employees complied and the suspect fled.


The suspect is reported as a white male, 6'2" tall wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and black pants


Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.


Gambrills


On Friday after ,26, 2021, at approximately 6:15 p.m. Anne Arundel County Police officers responded for a robbery of a citizen at a business located in the 1100 block of Crain Highway in Gambrills.


Two unknown suspects became engaged in a verbal altercation with a staff member. During the altercation, the suspects pushed the 25-year-old female employee to the floor and stole her wallet.


The suspects, described as a black female and black male between 30 and 40 years old and both wearing black jackets and black jeans, fled the scene. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
