There's an old saying: "What starts out as fun, ends up in trouble." Perhaps inspired by our recent winter storm turning the county into a bit of a slushy winter wonderland, a local couple got creative with the white stuff last night, and it didn't end well.
Things got rough in the wee hours, according to Annapolis Police, as the male half of the couple ended up injuring his girlfriend with a snowball to the face. The female sought medical attention, and police were called.
The Annapolis Police Department released a report later in the day (below) listing the incident as an assault, but the girlfriend declined to pursue charges against the boyfriend.
The girlfriend went to the hospital for treatment. Her condition was not known at time of publication
